Using Community, jump to a specific post number?

Does anyone know if there is a way to jump to a specific post number in a thread. There are numerous very long threads and it seems like there should be a way to go to a specific post number to easily move about without endless scrolling. I've looked and searched but have been unable to figure out how to do so.

There's a scroll bar to the right. Clicking the top date goes to the first message, clicking the lower date takes you to the last. You can click and drag the slider.

You can append the URL with the message number too:

will take you to the first message

Duh! and thank you. I appreciate the url edit reminder. I'm well familiar with clicking to go to the beginning and end of a thread . SOMEHOW after several years I've never noticed that the green right scroll location indicator is draggable.

Or you can use the β€œjump to”

After you click on the counter:

Also if you want to point someone to a specific post you can click the chain link button on that post to get a direct link to it, then post that link or share it with someone.

I'm not seeing that. Which browser?

My bad. I am doing most of my reading on my iPhone.
This is what you see if you use the Hubitat app to read the community threads.
