User question after migrate from C-7 to C-8

I migrated from C-7 to C-8, restore C-8 from C-7. C-8 will show my devices, My devices actions will not work on C-8

Did you choose the Migration button for your C-5?

Then use that cloud backup on your C-8?

Which protocol doesn't work, Z-Wave, Zigbee or both? Do you have devices listed on Z-Wave Details page and/or Zigbee Details page. Last but not least, have you followed instructions in this document: How to Migrate to a New Hub | Hubitat Documentation
