Upload of c7 to cloud failing

I am trying to migrate from my C7 to my new C8. I followed the documentation and am getting the below error:

Backup failed, incomplete tasks: database backup, Z-Wave backup, file manager backup, backup upload.

I have tried to shutdown/unplug and startup - to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having this same experience too on one of my C7s.

Latest for me is that I tried disabling zwave. Did not help. Tried to do a restore to bring back zwave setup and now I can no longer access my c7. I started manually setting up my c8 as I did not really have much to migrate.

So my current question now is how do I get access to my c7. All documentation says never to hard reset. It is no longer even pulling an IP so I cannot login directly 8081.

How do we get direct access to support? Is there a a mail we should be using?

The (hidden) button on the bottom does a network reset - it does not wipe out the configuration of the apps and devices on the hub. It will reset the network interface so it should pull the address from your DHCP server.

Tag @support_team for support (I just did that here).

When you do a local backup to download do you end up with a .html file that says no file found?
