Upgraded to Owner status

Can I get upgraded to Owner status? I can’t access the rule machine user guide.

You have the correct owner credentials. What happens when you try to access this link?

If you are trying to access the Knowledge Base, please use the same email as you used to purchase Hubitat Elevation.

Before I asked it failed and said I wasn’t authorized. But it’s working now.

If you were pulling it up in the app, there is a bad link there. It is posted here. The link will be fixed soon.

@bravenel, yes it was from the app. I can access fine here, but got the error from the app.
