Upgrade failed no response

Looking for some help. Executed the latest software update and my device will not reboot. Can get into myip/8081 but nothing seems to work. Tried reboot, soft reset, shut down, and safe mode. Soft reset gives me unknown error and just spins. I have a constant red light and it never changes. Cannot find my hub when I try to log in. Can be found with MAC address but get "This site can't be reached" message after a few seconds. Sent a message to support a couple days ago and have not heard back.

What color is the light on the hub?

Have you tried to "Download the latest version" from Diagnostic Tool?
