Updating firmware on a ZEN12 using a C7

I'm trying to update 2 ZEN12 devices to 1.01 using a C7 which is on 2.5.1.183. Updater seems to just be hanging. 0% after 5 minutes.

Did you wake the device to start? (Probably if you got that far.)

Did you disable the device/driver (to prevent it from putting the device back to sleep when it sends "no more updates")?

ZEN12 is a mains powered device and does not sleep.

Ah yes, mistook that for one of their sensor models. :slight_smile:

A hub reboot can't hurt if you haven't tried that already (or a power cycle of the ZEN12 itself). On the next platform version, you'd also be able to try this update on Z-Wave JS using its built-in firmware update methods, which may (or may not) work differently for you.
