Updates paused-this is normal for cloud based apps?

I am opening a new thread regarding problems I am having with ios mobile app. I have spent considerable time trying to figure this out and appreciate help from others on the forum.

The symptom being that notifications suddenly quit coming. Further, I think the presence information is not being communicated to the hub.

This morning I noticed a pop up from the app......UPDATES PAUSED AFTER 60 SECONDS-THIS IS NORMAL FOR CLOUD BASED APPS..........???????

I did search the forum where I found a post about DEBUG mode. I do not have this enabled for either of the problem ios devices.

If I refresh the app I enjoy another 60 seconds of communications.

What am I missing? Thanks,

I’m having the same problem.
WTF?
This is a new issue. The iOS Hubitat App has been working fine for me for several years, until now.
It’s not picking up on my leaving the geofence until I open the App and UN-pause refreshes.
