(UPDATED) Wiz Integration “offline” devices (Rules won’t run, but can control devices from within Hubitat fine)

[LATEST - back to not working Wiz Integration shows WIZ devices offline even though devices are online and state displayed is correct. Not sure what’s happening here. HELP!]

[PRIOR - I wrote this post while waiting for the firmware to update to 2.3.9.177 , just as soon as the firmware update and Hubitat Hub reboot was done, these WIZ devices came back online. Proves my theory that you only have to take the time to make a “help” post for an issue to magically be fixed. ;-). ]

ORIGINAL POST - After an update a while back (or update to Hubitat App for iOS, or coincidental), a few of my WIZ devices (lights) suddenly show as “offline” in WIZ Integration and stopped being able to be controlled by my Lutron PICO (except “Off” that command works for some reason).

In some portion of Hubitat App it reports that these offline devices are “unsupported.” But they worked for a long time prior to about a month or so ago.

I stopped interacting with Hubitat except to install firmware updates (“why, oh why!?”) so I’ve forgotten how complex Hubitat setup is (turned 60 and my brain has reached it’s full capacity).

I am about to delete and then re-integrate these devices to test, but I am wondering how best to bring these devices “online” so they work again, and why they are reported as offline even though I can control them directly with the WIZ brand iOS App, AND control them using the Device buttons within Hubitat (but they won’t do any function except “OFF” when I use my Button Controller script (for the Lutron PICO - which controls another light just fine, not to mention again that “OFF” works).

Sorry for the ramble, but where do I start? (Thank you in advance for any help!)

I’m back to having the same issue, WIZ devices are on and communicating with WIZ, but showing as “offline” in Hubitat and therefore won’t integrate with Rules set up (P.S. I haven’t changed out any of the Apps in use for the past 5 years at least. I’ve been enjoying “set and forget” and have forgotten almost everything I knew about Hubitat setup.)

Hello. Did you manage to get this issue sorted? I have the same issue this morning following a short power cut. I have 4 Wiz lamps showing as offline in Hubitat but working on the Wiz app. Thanks.

Hubitat hub reboot sorted the problem for me.

In the end I took the "easy" route out and replaced those particular lamps with Hue bulbs and YAH (Yet Another Hub) and re-programmed.

I still don't know what was keeping the WIZ bulbs as showing as offline when they were accessible from within HUBITAT AND the WIZ App regardless. It was the Button Controller Script that was aborting because the bulbs were reported as offline (even when they weren't). So maybe a fault with the WIZ integration App?
