So, if one has the unofficial ring app setup and working well, how does one add another device to the bridge portion of the app? I just added the ring mail box motion sensor through the ring bridge. I do not see a way to add child devices associated with the ring Bridge. I can see the existing devices on the bridge from when I first added the ring/bridge app. I'm lost on how to get the new device to show in HE.
For my ring alarm. I go into "virtual ring alarm hub" device and slect create devices. I don't have a ring bridge but is there a virtual ring bridge hub or similar?
There is a create devices on the virtual ring bridge device, but when clicked it does nothing. My guess is there is no API device that exists for the ring mail box sensor. Although it is only a motion device I had hope it would show up in HE as a child device. Maybe it will get added in the Unofficial Ring App at some point in the future.
I know there is a ring virtual motion sensor in ring alarm. Just to be sure. Do you have the driver in your custom driver list?
