I "resolved" my issue by moving to Home-Assistant and donating my Hubitat to my Mom. It's great for her basic stuff.
I don't think this issue is a very high priority for them.
I was having this exact issue with my WLED ESP32's as well. If you blank the mdns field in WLED it will resolve the problem as it won't be affected by the storm. I found a thread on reddit that's just a few weeks old. So far so good here.
