Unable to remote access dashboard 'no response' okhttp3

Having a problem accessing a Hub remotely (dashboard through app).

App gives error "okhttp3.response$1"

Internet connected through a mobile hotspot (Glocalme) which has an LTE connection.

in app
accessing Dashboard gets "no response from hub".

Hub shows as active under tools/myhubs

connecting through settings/then selecting the hub, get to "loading devices" spins, then Error " okhttp3.Responsebody$1@c43f0a6.

that will occur several times, then just spin.

web portal:

Hub shows up and as active under My hubs/hub list in the web portal.

Also shows as active under the details page, plus the other info (mac & ip addr, version etc).

I have Wyze cams on the same remote network and I can access them and pull up video and they function normally.

So, fairly confident the hub is online (shows active in web portal).

Also can access cams remotely so internet connection is up and running.

Any ideasoe ways to troubleshoot? feels like a timing or protocol issue, but I dont see anything I can try.

Never seen that before. Suggest try a hub reboot using the settings menu. Or try to create a new dashboard in case this one has become corrupted somehow.

I used the dashboard before I left yesterday, it was ok but that would've been local then. I will likely have to go there (4 hrs roundtrip) to troubleshoot, but idk what to look for, other than go/no go. The speed of the hotspot does not appear to be an issue, given that upload video is quite acceptable. I saw a few others experienced the okhttp3 error, but no real solutions I could see.

Try a support ticket on that error. Maybe @bobbyD can assist you with it.

I was able to solve this error and can now access the dash remotely. switched the hubitat to a faster repeater / extender (tp-link re350) and put the camera on the other extender. So far both (hubitat and cameras) are working (remote access) with the changed config. appeared to be timing issue as app could see the hub - but it was quite consistent.

@bobbyD I'm not able to access any of my hubs remotely. I get a err_empty_response code back.
