Unable to Receive Notifications (KotlinExceptionOrigin) -Mobile app/ Presence Not Updating

I've seen a few posts on this but I have had no success restoring notifications and presence updating correctly. Mobile app v2.05 (322), hub platform 2.3.9.196 Rev C-7, iOS 18.0.1. No notifications on Mobile App and devices show me present when I'm not, although geofence is updating. Mobile app: Geofence is enabled, set to always w/Precise Location on, notifications are enabled. I'm not receiving notifications in Local or Cloud on the mobile app. Here's what I've done already to try to fix these issues with no success: rebooted the hub 3 times, signed out of the mobile app then re-signed in multiple times, uninstalled the mobile app and re-installed at least 4 times now, performed "DNI surgery" as described in another post to fix notifications and have verified the mobile app is pointing to the new DNI however a test fails to send a notification. I even re-installed the old app at one point which worked great for about 4 days until I started getting token errors. Not sure what else to try to fix this mobile app issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Remove old app

Log out of new app on your phone and on any other devices that may be logged into it.

In a browser go to yourhubip>>devices and remove ALL notification devices.

Reboot hub.

Log back into hub with app and it will prompt you to create device. Create device.

Change any rule with a notification to use the new device created.

Thank you! I followed your steps and, so far, notifications seem to be working again in both Local and Cloud modes from my testing. Thank you very much for this solution! I've been trying to solve this for weeks.

Glad it's working. If you want more advanced notifications I highly recommend Pushover. (can even override silence settings in case of emergency)

Thanks again! Notifications are still working today so I'm calling that part of my issues solved. My device (mobile app device I re-created to solve the notifications issue) presence is not working in app or mobile app. It shows me as Not present when I'm present and set off intrusion alarms again today. Good news is, I received a notification. Mobile app v2.05 (322), hub platform 2.3.9.196 C-7, iOS 18.0.1. I am showing as Inside Geofence on the mobile app. What I did already: logged out of the mobile app, rebooted the hub, logged back in. No change on mobile or app. Any ideas?

Check your settings>>hub details and that your lat/long are correct.

Based on your reply, I dug a little deeper and found the problem. Although lat/long were correct on the hub and matched lat/long in geofence on the mobile app, when I zoomed in very close in the geofence mapping I saw that the red pin was just slightly outside of the precise location. The presence issue corrected when I moved the pin into the blue circle (precise location). So far, app and mobile app are reporting presence correctly so calling this solved! Thank you again for your help.

I usually get my coordinates from google earth.
