I have a rule that I want to change the trigger. When I try to select the trigger, it does not show. I can arrow down to what looks like the trigger selection but nothing happens. The same is true with trying to delete the trigger. I am uploading an image of what it looks like after I arrow down.
You need to first select the capability of the trigger event before you can edit it.
I agree it is odd. I thought it may be a Chrome issue but I tried it in Edge with the same result.
If you add a new trigger, even just a simple one you later delete, does that show up?
Worst case, add a new trigger and delete the bad one.

I agree with trying this approach first. It looks like it's in the middle of wanting to add a trigger. You should be able to choose a capability and then cancel out, or worst case just delete the unwanted trigger after creation. If that doesn't help, I'd just re-create the rule, as some internal data is probably "stuck" in an unintended state. If you can reproduce how to get there, they could fix it, but if you don't know, that's probably the next best option.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried adding another trigger but the original one still does not show. I may try just recreating the rule.

I think that's what I'd usually do at a time like this 
I looked at the new rule and I can edit the trigger. But the old one is still not visible. I will just delete the old one and move on. Thanks to all.
