Unable to Download\Upgrade latest version: 2.3.9.201

Hub: C-8 Pro
SW: 2.3.9.192

Two symptoms.

  1. Download is VERY slow compared to prior updates. Takes 15-20 minutes.
  2. Download completes and then gives me an error. Download failed.

Try rebooting the hub.

whateveryourhubip>>settings>>network settings>> Change speed from fixed 100 to auto.

Thanks, that was it. Strange it has worked in the past.

Seems like a bug because obviously 100Mb should be fast enough to download the update.

try it again .. just change the speed from auto to 100 .
Or if its 100 to auto .. no reboot .. then try it again.
works 99% of the time.

The issue is that when it's fixed, error correction doesn't work well in the protocol, auto works much better in general.
