Unable to control Z-Wave devices after migrating to C-8 Pro

Hello!

I recently migrated from the C-7 to a C-8 Pro and my existing z-wave devices are un-responsive and automations therefore also don't function. Originally when I performed the migration the platform version were not the same (C-8 Pro needed to be upgraded) so I re-performed the migration after doing a full reset on the C-8 Pro. I also made sure to migrate the z-wave and zigbee settings as part of the cloud migration.

Hub Details:

I can see devices in my devices list

and when I check Z-Wave Details I can see the devices but the only two that appear to be communicating are a new device I added (Toilet Water Sensor) and an old device that I re-added

I've tried running several repairs yesterday and it says it completes successfully however even after leaving it overnight I still am unable to control Z-Wave devices.

Any ideas?

Shut down the hub from settings. Unplug power for 1 minute. Power back up and see how it behaves. Make sure you're on the latest platform and then switch to z-wave JS

I powered off the hub, waited at least 30 seconds and then powered it on and waited a little to let things settle but the devices still didn't behave. Switching to ZwaveJS seems to get more devices on board but now I also have several that are in "Pending".

I tried turning one of the child outlets on the Master bedroom plug and it also did not change to on.

Should I attempt a Zwave repair or something else?

z-wave repair has not helped at all.

It looks like if the device did not have any security set the hub is able to communicate with it but it if security is set then it is in a pending state and unable to communicate
