Unable to Connect to Hub

I am unable to connect to my hub via the static IP address that I have assigned to it. 10,.0.0.148 via may xfinity gateway - C-7 Hub and light is green. I have rebooted via power cycle several times

I am able to see my sub via the find my hub page using the advanced discovery via MAC address - but am unable to connect to it form that page either.

I can also see the hub via my xfinity app...Strange on that side as the hostname shows up as *

Cannot access 10.0.0.148:8081

Tried a known good ethernet cord and that did not help

Have you tried http://hubitat.local/

I had not tried that but just did and am still not able to access using the http://hubitat.local/ address

Generally due to DNS settings not sticking. Use the network reset button on the bottom of the hub. It will put the hub back on DHCP, but you should be able to connect afterwards.
