So i was able to sign up for the remote access but not the hub protection service. Has anyone else been able to sign up for the hub protection service?
Yes I just purchased it yesterday evening. I’m in the US and my C7 hub updated and then backed up to the cloud within minutes. Super seamless.
Haven’t tried the new remote access service because I use a VPN to access my hub remotely when needed.

Same experience as @marktheknife here. I had purchased Hub Protect for a C-5 during the beta test period, did a remote backup, then used the backup to transfer all my z-wave devices to a C-7. Finally, I purchased Hub Protect for the C-7 after Hub Protect was available to all.
