Sorry I’m totally new to Hubitat moving to from Vera. The first thing I’m trying to do is connect to my ring cameras so I can then add my devises so on motion my external lights come on, but I’m. It getting past the first step, I am on the latest version

When you try to log in what happens? Is it asking for a 2FA code that is being sent to your phone or?

Hi thanks for your help, o don’t get as far as 2FA i get the message Ring API request failed with HTTP 401: {"error":"access_denied","error_description":"invalid user credentials"}
That is typically incorrect userid/password. If you go to Ring.com are you able to sign in?

That is odd. Only other GUESS I would have is to try reseting your password and/or making sure you have 2FA setup correctly. Otherwise, I see you asked this in the other thread, so hopefully the smarter folks like @bcopeland will be able to help more.
2FA is setup correctly as it was used when I logged onto ring so not sure what going on
The special symbol which has the issue is the < symbol, I changed the symbol for a different one in my password and now i can connect
