Unable to add matter device - Timeout Send NOC

I tried to add Meross MS600 to my C8. I configured it on Alexa and then try to add to HE using the matter id from Alexa,
Pairing failed at Send NOC and with this message
Pairing failed @ FindOperational with code 50 (Timeout)

I tried to reboot my Hubitat, reset the sensor, reinstall it on Alexa, still no luck.

I also had a similar problem the first time I tried to add my MS600 mmWave sensor to HE.
Honestly, I don't remember how did I succeed on my second attemp... Most probably I have deleted it from the first ecosystem it was added (Apple Home), then it worked on the second try.

Mine fail only if the WiFi SSID is avalible in both 2,4 and 5GHz,
Made a IOT-Only SSID that has only 2,4GHz and now every pairing works just fine.

Mind you that if you use your phone to onboard the sensor, than that phone also needs to be on that 2,4GHz SSID.

Ok I create a wifi 2.4Ghz and retried. Now it looks like it work for me.

Had that problem this morning with a Tapo Switch. Paired both in Apple Home. Then went to add them to HE. One added in just fine. The other kept giving me either 'Pairing Failed send NOC with code 80', or code 50. After about the 5th try it finally went.

I did make sure my phone was on 2.4 and the SSID was different.
