I can't seem to add devices to one of my dashboards. The 'ADD' button (a plus sign) on the upper right corner of the UI is missing and i can't seem to find any setting in the APPS->DASHBOARDS areas that would bring it out.
Did you check "Lock down this Dashboard so no changes can be made in the web UI of this Dashboard " under "Advanced"? This is inside Apps > Hubitat Dashboard, then the specific Dashboard child app for this Dashboard.

Also by the looks in the notification balloon you have a platform update you should do
