Unable to access my remote Hubitat

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle and could use some help ASAP, even just some ideas.

I have a Hubitat at my house, and another at a rental property I have. I use the rental one to automate some tasks. I have a guest showing up tomorrow and I need to be able to access my dashboard there before the guests arrive or they won't have running water (very bad). I've never had an issue like this before.

On my iPhone app, I can switch to my rental hubitat, then it just sits there looking for a mobile device and eventually says "Error Timed out waiting for mobile app devices". I can't access my devices or dashboards or anything. I could try going to the cloud based link, but I don't have a copy of that link stored on my computer.

I'm also not subscribed to remote admin. I used to be, but once everything was up and stable I didn't mess with it anymore. I'm doubtful that would work if the iPhone app isn't working.

I verified that I have internet and power at the house, my ring doorbell and thermostat are up and communicating.

I don't have a way I can think of to reboot the Hubitat. It's plugged straight into an outlet. I'm going to fix that by putting it on a WiFi outlet that I can control via another app, like Wemo or something.

Any suggestions for what else I could try? I'm kinda desperate here not to have to take the day off work to drive 2 hours to debug this tomorrow.

Crisis averted. You'll never believe it, but a storm was rolling through and we lost power for 20 minutes. When it came back on, the hubitat responded as normal. Anyone who says prayers don't work, I disagree :slight_smile:
