After 2 years I'm considering upgrading my C8 (though may wait for another sale). What's the best option for purchase in the UK? I've previously used Vesternet but had issues with them. I looked on the Hubitat.com shop but it's unclear whether I'll be hammered with import duty after ordering so I can't really see what I'm paying?
Cannot speak from experience given I live in US, but I have seen posts of folks buying from ultrasmart.pl

I would purchase direct from Hubitat. I've purchased 3 hubs to date and shipping included all taxes (probably why it's quite high - go for FedEx priority or DHL express).
And, you would save around £50 compared to Vesternet!

That is where I am at right now. Do we have to wait for a holiday or something for the next sale to pop up? In the US that would mean Memorial Day at the end of May, or Independence day in early July.
Just ordered it from Hubitat direct. I am so NOT looking forward to migrating from my C8! I guess I'll have to do it in the middle of the night:
1 - So my wife doesn't have to deal with all the swearing
2 - More likely to get some support on this forum if it all goes tits up (due to time difference)
I couldn't wait - I don't know why I chose today, probably because there's more posts guessing that a C9 won't arrive before man is on the moon again!
