I have "4" U-Bolt pro z-wave devices installed. Overall they work great. The only problem I seem to have is occasionally the status will show "locked" for a device that is not locked. I can send an unlock followed by a lock and all will be fine for a undetermined amount of time. Battery status updates never appear to miss an update. When in this state I have attempted to manually unlock the device, and have also tried to send a refresh from Hubitat. Both of these attempts never update the status in Hubitat. The only thing that works is to send an unlock to the device.
I am not using the door sensor that came with the lock, and I do not have auto-lock enabled.
I do use separate door sensors, and have created a rule to test the lock status when the door is opened. If it is in a lock status when I open the door, I send an "unlock" to the device. I also have a rule to lock the device 5 minutes after the door is closed. By testing the status when the door is opened, and sending an "unlock" I am at least ensured that the device is actually locking. Without this test, even sending a "lock" command fails to physically lock the device.
During the entire process, the U-Tec App correctly reflects the correct status.
I have also sent a support request to U-Tec, however I am not sure they are understanding the request, as they are asking me to video snapshot the pairing process.
