What do I need to do about this? Update driver? Replace the dimmer with a new Zooz dimmer?
Nothing at all. 
It will keep working as-is, so that is the best option if you are happy. It just means this driver won’t be selected for new installs. (I think "Inovelli Z-Wave Red Scene Dimmer" was the replacement, but again, I wouldn’t change anything. Keep in mind that Inovelli maintains their own custom drivers too if you still don’t like this one and want other options.)
