Two thirds of my Zwave devices show no routing info after updating to 2.3.5.117

I did an update last night to 2.3.5.117 and about 2/3 of my ZWave devices show no data in the routing column on the Z-wave settings page. Many devices are not responding.

Is anyone else having this issue? What is the best method to correct this and get these devices back into my mesh?

Not unusual after an update to have routing missing/incomplete.

Do this first:

  1. Shut down hub from Settings menu
  2. When the red led appears on the hub, pull power at the wall (to reduce stress on the USB connector on the hub)
  3. Wait a minute
  4. Plug in again and let it boot up

Then re-check Z-Wave Details page and see if things have changed, and if devices are more responsive. It may take some time for things to re-sort themselves.

And are you on a C5, C7, or C8?

I've done tons of updates over the years. This is the first time this has happened to me that I know of. Also, I have a C8 hub. I recently migrated from a C7 a couple weeks back.
