How did y'all get the limits set? I've tried several drivers. Can use the remote to move the shade up and down. Can't get an up/down limit set.
Without the instructions I can't remember and I'm not home at the moment.
Is it the tube or chain motor you have
I have the Tube one that's Zigbee. Came with Zigbee stick, which is the only thing that will pair with HE. All of the posts I've seen have been so vague and unhelpful. The instructions that came with the motor are bad enough. Sorry, pretty frustrated at this point. Seems like it should be such a simple process. Got my iblinds working with no troubles at all.
