I have the following Tuya motion sensor that pings about 20 time each hour. What would cause this and how do I stop it?

Your best bet is to ask the developer of the driver you’re using for the device. There is usually a thread devs create dedicated to their drivers.

Does your Tuya motion sensor look like this ?

If yes - then you can use the HE inbuilt 'Generic Motion Sensor' driver, or alternatively - the Tuya Zigbee Multi-Sensor 4 In 1 (PIR motion sensors) w/ healthStatus driver.

That's exactly the sensor I have. I do have the Tuya Zigbee Multi-Sensor 4 In 1 (PIR motion sensors) w/ healthStatus Driver installed and utilizing it.
Which device profile should I be using for this sensor?

This driver now supports PIR sensors only.

Please use the [RELEASE] Tuya Zigbee mmWave Sensors (code moved from the Tuya 4 In 1 driver).

There are too many Tuya devices, even after splitting the 4 in 1 driver into two drivers (one for PIR sensors, second for mmWave sensors) I reached the maximum allowed static data structure size limit in Hubitat ..
