Brand new unit, controlling it seems to be working fine.
However, it's showing a green icon even though the valve and switch show closed and off.
Any thoughts?
Need more information.
Are you referring to a dashboard? Is it a legacy dashboard or easy dashboard?
What driver are you using for this device?
The first screenshot cuts off most of the page.
But it looks like the devices page.
That page doesn’t render dynamically when device statuses change.
What happens when you refresh the page while the device is open?
Does the icon update?

No difference, it stays green.
You haven’t mentioned which driver this device is using.
My guess is the answer lies in the driver code.

That icon doesn't change for valves, however, I never look at that page for device status, I use the dashboards.
This is the driver I use for my Zigbee valves:
This appears to be the same one pulled from HPM.
Under dashboards it's green as well when off.
You can set template colors for Valves in the dashboard Template settings.
I noticed that valves have no preset color, and they default to green for some reason, so you need to choose the colors you want for on and off in template settings.
Okay, at the moment the most important thing is, the valve is working.
I don't use the dashboard much. Very little.
