I have a couple of temp sensors in 2 freezers. If the temp rises above a value I'd like to log the changes until it falls back below a value. It would be great if we could turn on and off the various logging options in rule machine. Just a wish list.
The values are always logged in the events tab on the device which you can filter down to whatever you want. No need to have it log to the syslog.

I find it super handy when I want a rule to log stuff but I don't want the details that turning on internal logging gives. I use it a lot when I try to trap error conditions within a rule.
