Turn Bathroom Lights ON by time

What do you think is the best app to use to turn bathroom lights on by time?
Example:
8 am - 10 am turn ON Bathroom Light & Sink Light (100%) for 3 minutes

11 am - 7 pm turn ON Sink Light (100%) for 5 minutes

7 pm - 3 am turn ON Sink Light (30%) for 5 minutes

I don't like to use modes because I can not get them to work. I will provide a screenshot. Perhaps you can tell me what it wrong with them.

All the Modes are setup just for testing. The AWAY works okay.

I tried the Motion App but it seams like the only wait to set times is by modes. Need to get modes for that working first.

Although it's still available to use, the legacy Motion and Mode Lighting app is no longer being actively supported, and has been superseded by the Room Lighting (RL) app.

As RL is now the heir apparent, I would suggest looking into using that -- it enables you to set activity by Time Periods (so similar to modes, but smaller / more localized scale).
