Is it possible to change/select TTS voice from RM?

I went tough many TTS related threads
(for instance this one:
TTS interface (text to speech) - #38 by spgohome)
but did not find a solution.

I know how to change TTS Voice globally but it will be nice
to do this from RM.

No, it's not possible. I will investigate if that could be done.
