TTS Fabriq Speakers

Hi.
I just purchased a Fabric speaker to use for announcements using TTS. I can't figure out where to include the speaker to Hubitat.
Appreciate any direction.

I haven't used the app/driver that @KVHubitat posted since I moved to Echo Speaks. It recognizes my Fabriq Riff and Chorus speakers.
