Trying to give hub away

So I have one of my hubs that is being difficult,
I upgraded to a new unit and I have my old C7 that I am giving to a friend, but it is still listed in my account for hub protect, etc.

How do I get this ting removed from my account? it keeps saying I need to cancel my stuff, which I have but it always just shows up as pending.

Thanks! My buddy who will be using the c7 is new to smart home setups, so I have shown him the way of using hubitat instead of some cloud based solution.
