Trying to add devices to dashboard

I have 70+ devices and started my first dashboard 2 issues 1 only about 16 out of 70 show up not sure how to make rest accessible. 2 All my wireless sensors at least 2 to 4 sensors eg. temp, battery, light/humidity, on/off but when added to dashboard some show 2 and others only show 1 never all 4. Can I see complete status of each wireless device in dashboard as 1 tile or do I need a separate dashboard for each attribute. As picture suggests some do more then others and wonder why I cant get a full report. If there is a setup up process id be more then happy to watch a video or get it explained.

To add the other devices you will likely need to open the dashboard settings page from the apps section of the HE web UI. There is a section in there where you choose what devices are available for the dashboard.

As @sburke781 suggests, adding more is done by selection.

I would caution against what I'm about to show...

You can select ALL in one click.

The caution though is that the Dashboard will be quite slow to load. 70 devices is a lot of data to acquire.

You can have as many dashboards as you want, split how you want, reusing devices as many times as you want.

I have motion sensors, for example, that exist on my "downstairs dashboard" and on my "motion sensor dashboard" as well as my "battery dashboard" and then duplicated on dashboards specifically intended for my phone.

Im not going to add all of them but only 16 of 70 devices show up to add. And how do I get it to show all attributes per device/tile rather then just one or 2? Thats the section im trying to find to select all but cant find it in he settings. I found where select all is and have all selected. Toggled it on and off and updated it but still only 16 of 70 show up to add as you see it goes from f to u in the screen missing 50 devices. Not sure why.

I have 14 devices starting with the letter U

In basic rules all show up but not in dashboard.

Show us the list you are offered in Apps/Hubitat Dashboard. I suspect you may still be missing that step

If you're using an Android device, you'll get have a much better dashboard experience if you use Joe Page's 'Hubitat Dashboard' app. It works locally and is far easier to setup and modify than the inbuilt Hubitat one.

To tackle the the more complicated question 2... It depends.... Does that answer the question....

If you produce a mock-up of what you are after, that may help decide on the best approach....

The simplified answer is that dashboard templates cater for (mostly) individual devices types, like a motion sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, etc. The attribute template provides the more generic option for those Community device drivers that offer attributes HE cannot think of ahead of time. There is also a multi-sensor template from memory, so that may be worth a look.

Generally, in terms of dashboard tile and the use of templates, you may want to look at overlaying tiles that include the various attributes you are after to present like a single tile. You will most likely stray into the realm of Custom CSS styling if you venture down this track, which can seem daunting at first, but you will have a helpful group of users to back you up if you choose this path.

There are then custom solutions on offer from Community developed apps or drivers to help easily present more information on a single tile. Again, the best option for what you are looking to achieve is best judged with a little more info on how you want to have your tile displayed and how you want to interact with the tile, if at all.

Like I said, a mock-up would help inform what may be the best approach for you to choose...
