Troubleshooting apps or devices

If apps or devices are not working as expected, it is critical to provide a full picture of the problem experienced. Doing so not only speeds up the resolution process, but gives others the details needed to quickly reproduce the problem.

When reporting an issue, please include the hub model, current platform version and browser used. Also, consider sharing enough details about the issue, as well as screenshots of settings and logs.
