@rlithgow1 got a couple of the ring repeaters and paired one of them to start. It's pretty central in the main room, But nothing is using it yet. I've tried to repair individual and even re-pair.
Things have been a little better since removing all the s2 endpoints, but for some reason these locks are still not super reliable.
Should I do a full network repair?
You can try the repair. The ring v2 extenders only run properly with s2 on. Locks should also be encrypted, everything else none. If you really want to force routing, put the repeater as close to the lock as you can, reset and repair the lock. That should force the route
