Troubles adding new user to Mobile app

I added my wife to the mobile app to be used for mobile presence. When she signs in via web browser she tied it to her google account. She can't sign in via the mobile app.

I noticed that I can add local users however that may not function well now that her Google account was assigned. I am not even in the local user area so I am not entirely sure I need to add her account there.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open App
  2. Sign in options - Continue with Google
  3. Select Google account

Receive error: OOps...
I can't input the url but there is a 404 error

Any ideas on a way to get another user added to the system?
