Trouble with RM configuring exhaust fan switch to turn off after 25 minutes

I recently moved from SmartThings to Hubitat and have everything set up nicely except one routine. On SmartThings I had a rule that would turn off a GE Smart Switch connected to the exhaust fan in my bathroom after 25 minutes. The trigger was just the switch being turned on. I found what looked like the correct function in RM to create a similar rule, but it never fires and the exhaust fan just runs until someone manually turns it off.

Any help appreciated.

This also works, but using motion instead of just switch being turned on.
