Hope you guys can help. I have many Smartthings ADT devices (motion detector and door alarms) that I just can’t pair to Hubitat. I’ve tried everything I’ve read and all my other devices I used with the old system worked. Just can’t pair the Smartthings ADT devices. Also having trouble pairing a Schlage door lock. Thanks in advance.

The only Smartthing ADT dual branded device that will pair with Hubitat is the the water sensor I believe. The door and motion sensors only work with the ADT Smartthings Panel and nothing else. They are e-wast now unfortunately.
The water is a standard Zigbee sensor and will pair fine. I have several still.

Model BE-468/ BE-469.
Reset the lock to factory defaults. Bring hub and lock within 2 feet of each other. Initiate pairing on the hubitat, initiate pairing on the lock. Let pairing complete. Add beaming repeater near the lock. Use native be468/469 driver. Add lock code manager from built in apps. If you have a failed pairing, STOP. Check z-wave settings page for ghosts. Remove ghost, factory reset the lock again and attempt pairing again.
I would also add on the Schlage lock, Exclude it several times BEFORE trying to include it.
Once it's factory reset you don't need to exclude it
Tried factory reset and brought it with in 2’ and still won’t pair. Actually factory reset 3 times. Also checked for ghost and was clean. Not sure what else to do. It worked with Smartthings ADT system and Iris system.
Can you post a copy of your z-wave details page? Does it even attempt to pair? Also what firmware is the lock on?
The Z wave log is blank. The lock and hub do try to pair (lock blinks yellow as it should). Not sure about the lock firmware. Can’t find it in the manual.
Firmware will be on a label below the original key codes on the inside of the lock
Can you get the lock to exclude from the HUB? Again, I have ALWAYS had to exclude my locks a few times before I could get them to register.

I can’t exclude it because it never paired into the system and doesn’t show up.

You can run an exclusion, and in fact you almost always have to when transferring devices from one hub or system to another. The exclusion process "unpairs" the lock from the old hub and prepares it to include on the new hub.
The other thing the exclusion can tell you is if the hub and lock are able to communicate at any level. If you get nothing (no response) when doing this, they aren't communicating. You should get "unknown device excluded" if things worked properly.
That may be your problem. You are on 6.8, anything below 7.10 tends to be a major issue with the schlage locks and pairing with 500/700 series chips.

What is to procedure to exclude just the lock? I don’t want to have to re pair all my other devices.
Devices tab, Add device button in the upper right.
In that menu, find the Zwave button, and click that.
Click exclude, and be ready to run the include/exclude procedure on the lock itself.
Edit: if it worked, you will get a message "unknown device excluded" or something like that.
