I just purchased 2 Ecolink Firefighter Zwave devices. I have a C7. I am struggling to pair them to the C7. I have tried moving within 1 foot of the C7. I followed the instructions to exclude the Zwave devices and cannot exclude them. I tried including them as well no joy. I have tried resetting them to factory defaults by holding the learn button for 10 seconds. I cannot get the C7 to recognize them. I even tried pairing them as Zigbee since the documentation was a little vague if they were Z-wave or Zigbee. Either way I cannot get either device to be recognized by the C7. Any ideas?
Shut the hub down, remove power entirely for 60 seconds, boot it back up and try again.

Ecolink makes/made three versions of the FireFighter. The version you have is for DSC alarm panels, i.e. it is a 433 MHz device.
It is neither z-wave nor zigbee, and cannot be paired to Hubitat.

The SKU for the z-wave version is FF-ZWAVE5-ECO. I have paired the z-wave version with no issues to a C-5, a C-7, a C-8, and currently a C-8 Pro.
