Is there a way to trigger an event when a Hue light is turned on from the Hue App ?
Basically, a rule to monitor the state of the hue light? I tried the rule below but it doesnt seem to be working, even when i changed the polling on the bridge to 10 seconds.
Is there a better way to do this or am I missing something?
Hue does not report changes to Hubitat instantly. Hubitat has to poll the Hue lights occasionally to catch up on changes outside of HE. It is recommended that when using HE, you make the changes in HE.
You need to show the rest of the rule and the logs to find out why it isn't working. Looking at just the triggers won't help at all.
