Just added two of these (via the Android HE app as Matter devices) and they both joined as "Devices." Changed driver manually to Generic Matter Outlet and they work fine.
FWIW I also have TP-Link P125M Matter plugs and when I added them some months back they joined correctly as Generic Matter Outlets.
Looks like the P110m version needs to be added to the Generic Matter Outlet list.
