One way of discovering a hub when all of the normal avenues fail is to issue an
arp -a
from your PC's command line. This will bring up a list of IP addresses and associated Physical Addresses. Find the Physical Address that matches the MAC listed on the bottom of your hub, and the associated IP Address should be the one you need.
