Timer for switch / contact timer / contact counting

Hello,

i need your help. I think that is possible but not now how

i have pressure contact on water line. When contact is open need to turn on pump switch.
now i would like to have two safe condition.

1. more that 5 switch turn on in one minute. ( must set an alarm / turn on one light/switch)

2. That pump switch is turned on more that 30 min (must turn off) .

There are several ways to do this. Here is one using Rule Machine.

For #1:

You will need to decide how it gets reset back to 0 - should that happen after the light or alarm turns on?
