Time zone troubles

I'm having trouble with the time zone. I live in the Dominican Republic so I set the closest time zone to mine that is available, Puerto Rico's. The problem is that there is a 2 hours difference between the real time and the time shown by the hub.

I also used the option to Update the time with the browser time, but as soon as the hub loses power, the time changes to the one selected in the time zone.

I'm I missing something?

Try AST or ETC _GMT-4 or America Dominica?

I had similar problems when setting up my new HE yesterday.
Not sure if this is the solution since I couldn't wait and was only rushing through the setup, but I feel, that setting the location in the map did solve this for me.
