[SOLVED] Time Zone Issues After Power Loss

I'm having trouble with the time zone, as soon as the hub loses power, the hub's time changes to a different one from the time zone or the browser time.

Correct. There is no Real Time Clock in the hub, on every reboot it has to get its time from the internet or be manually set from a browser. For that reason (as well as higher risk of corrupting the database on the hub) I would strongly recommend you put the hub on a UPS.

As mentioned above there is also an NTP Client driver if you have an NTP server somewhere on your local network you can use. It works well, but obviously requires that there is an NTP Server on the network somewhere.
