I had an app that was designed to start up at sunset. When it started at 9:30 this morning I was kind of surprised, then I took a look at settings and saw this. They're backward? How? How do I fix it?
Fix your longitude (and possibly latitude). From the screenshot you shared, if you believe 82 is correct, you probably want -82 if you're really in the eastern US as your time time zone suggests.
