Tilt Sensor status not showing contacts

I have two like tilt sensors both using the generic Zwave contact driver.
Only one of them shows the contact in the status, tried using another toggling the driver but still no luck.

What do you mean? There is no toggle command in the Generic Z-wave contact sensor driver.

I tried a different driver and them back to the generic driver. This worked on the other tilt sensor

This one has issues

This one with out the light on is working properly
