Tile sizing an placement - Fully Kiosk on Fire HD7 4th gen

I have migrated off ST w/ActionTiles to HE. For my prior setup I had four Fire HD7 4th Gen's running Fully Kiosk Browser for my Action Tiles dashboards.

I just created a new HE Dashboard to use with the tablets and edited FKB to point to the new link. Unfortunately I'm getting very unpredictable results. It doesn't matter whether I specify tile sizes or leave those fields blank the on the tablet the tiles appear only one size. I setup a row/col grid that accommodates the tiles as they appear but even with that no matter where I place the tiles they show up in other places on the tablet.

Is it the outdated Gen 4 that's the issue? Or, is there something unique I need to do to make this work?

Giving this post a bump, hoping someone has some insights on this. I'd hate to find out my four tablets are no longer usable and that I need to buy four new or at least newer tablets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
