I'm installing a new hub. I've connected the cat6 cable directly to the Netgear WNDR3400 router, I can see the device on the wired devices list but I cannot address it. I've tried accessing it via www.portal.hubitat.com, via its IP address, and from three different browsers on three different computers. No dice.
